The flagship tournament series of the world’s most popular online poker site, PokerStars’ World Championship of Online Poker, is well underway and last night two players were made immortal and shared the lion’s share of a $998,200 pot.

In the 6-max NLHE with a buy-in of $500, the $400k guarantee burst to $480,000. Heads-up, poker101’s KQs bested the ATo of YanniYankiev to see both players take home $80,400 and $60,000 respectively.

The HORSE tournament had a $300,000 guarantee with a $200 buy-in and top mixed game professionals such as Barry Greenstein came out in force, the aforementioned WSOP bracelet-winner finishing on the final table bubble at 9th. Sensor took down first and just over $57k after a deal with his vanquished foe LittleRedElf.
