In the most recent article about Internet gambling by religious group CitizenLink.com, the group's so-called expert gaming analyst, Chad Hills, admits that the online gambling industry is 'out of control' and that the industry is need of 'clear policies or effective oversight'. Chad Hills, the infamous religious crusader who wishes to eliminate freedom of choice in America, has in effect admitted that the UIGEA, the Bill he praised so highly when it passed, has been ineffective and has not had the ability to 'control' the industry the way he wishes that it would. This could be the reason why three more co-sponsors signed up to Barney Frank's IGREA, which will create regulations and legalization mechanisms. The WTO has ruled against the United States for their protectionist law that bans foreign companies from accepting bets from US residents while allowing US horse racing and lottery companies to do as such. Compensation claims of over $100 billion per year combined by more than ten different foreign entities are another reason why Internet gambling is on the verge of legalization in the US. Chad Hills admits in his latest comments that citizens must come together and submit comments on the proposed regs before the deadline of December 12th. "The UIGEA proposed regs are unenforceable for many reasons and it is important to leave intelligent and well thought out comments on the federal reserve comment form before the December 12th deadline," said Gordon Price, Casino Gambling Web's online gambling analyst. Price said, "It is important to take advantage of an opportunity to voice an opinion that will actually be taken into consideration. This is an important issue, this is a flawed law, American voices need to be heard, American freedom needs to be restored." |
